Description

Casa Guadalupe is located only 2.5 hours from Bogota by car in the Kubik Aqua condominium, 15 minutes from Anapoima by car. The property impresses with its large scale and high palm roof. Casa Guadalupe's design generates peace and tranquility.

In its 1100 m2, it has three levels. The main floor opens to a large pool and garden with 360 degree views over the valley of Anapoima. Entering the social area inside a giant palm thatched kiosk, with ceilings over 10 meters high. Here you will find the living and dining room. The floor is marble and is perfect for people who love to walk barefoot. There are no windows, only bamboo curtains to protect from the sun. The decor is a mix of East and India, Bali with New Delhi. Hand-carved wooden furniture, handmade cotton and silk fabrics in vibrant colors. Every detail, from the lamps to the furniture, has been carefully chosen.

Adjacent to the dining room is a generously sized kitchen with all the necessary implements for a family vacation home. In fact, there is an additional kitchen on the first floor, where you can prepare more laborious meals, if you prefer or require it.

The second floor has two of the four guest bedrooms, each with a king size bed and two twin beds, terrace and en-suite bathroom. Both rooms are comfortable, airy and offer spectacular views of the surrounding mountains.

There are three additional bedrooms on the first floor below the entry level. The master suite, which opens to a front garden and has a king size bed and a single bed. And, two additional bedrooms, one with a king size bed and a single bed; and the other with two single beds and a king bed. Each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom.

The pool area offers several lounge chairs, tables and umbrellas for sunbathing and relaxing; and there is a BBQ area replete with Argentine-style grills. An outdoor shower is just steps away.

On the opposite side of the pool, a few steps downhill, we reach the master suite, completely private with independent access to the garden and meditation area. Here, the protagonist is a giant Saman tree, full of lanterns at night.
