El Paso House

Description

This country house is located in the Condominio El Paso, between Girardot and Tocaima. The architecture of the house is conceived as a very informal and simple farm, therefore the materials and colors reflect it; it is a house with a wooden structure, which rises from the ground respecting the environment of trees and vegetation of the place. It is also completely open which makes it very fresh. It has striking details such as bamboo windows.

The house has 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and walk/in closet, living room, dining room, kitchen, pantry, laundry patio and service bathroom, BBQ area and a deck for reading or just being. It is fully equipped for 13 people including Direct TV, BBQ and a plancha for cooking, refrigerators, hammocks, etc.

The climate is "cooler" than in Girardot, because it is next to the mountain and far from the river, so the mosquitoes do not bother.

Each lot is approximately 6400 mts 2, surrounded by trees that give complete independence from each other.
