Nilo 44 is a Polynesian style house located in the exclusive condominium of Potrerito de Nilo in Nilo, Cundinamarca.

The house is situated on a hill overlooking the lake and seems to be floating above the hills. There is a constant breeze coming from the other side of the lake and makes the house have a fresh and tropical air. The decoration is duo tone in white and brown with an organic touch. The owners' taste for natural materials is evident -- the roof is lined with caña brava; the doors and windows are handmade with macana, a tropical Colombian wood; the verandas around the perimeter of the house evoke the Colombian Caribbean.

Space

There are 5 bedrooms in this family home, 3 upstairs and 3 downstairs on the first level. All bedrooms have excellent ventilation, private bathrooms and air conditioning for the occasional hot night. The second floor includes the game room, a favorite place for the youngsters with billiard table, flat screen T.V., stereo and bar.
