Villa Blanca House

Description

Villa Blanca is a two story colonial style house with beautiful gardens located one block from the main square in the town of Villa de Leyva. The house has a large interior garden, ideal for family entertainment, with Argentine style BBQ, oriental grill, dining table and chairs with pergola for sunbathing.

The house is very spacious with two living rooms, dining room, kitchen, study, billiard room and 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom is separated from the other bedrooms on the second floor with a large bathroom (with tub and shower) and a walk-in closet. The master suite (on the second floor) has a long covered terrace in front overlooking the garden and the mountains of Villa de Leyva. All other bedrooms are located together on the second floor and open to the garden.

Villa Blanca has been conceived, designed and decorated by people who love to travel, so you will find furniture and art with international flavor throughout the house. The style is rustic but comfortable and fresh, offering good light and plenty of space.

Horseback riding in the surrounding area can be arranged with prior notice and for a supplement. Please inquire.

Villa Blanca does not have its own parking lot, but recommends a parking lot one block away.
